Terms of use
In force since 14 October 2026. Frameloft is an independent early-access project; the operating entity is named on any invoice and on request.
1. What the service does
Frameloft stores the video renditions a customer uploads or lets us pull, and delivers them to players through short-lived segment sessions. We do not encode, moderate or alter media.
2. Your content stays yours
Customers keep every right in what they upload. We get only the narrow licence needed to store, cache and transmit it while the account is active, and we use it for nothing else — no training, no sampling, no showcasing on this site without written consent.
3. What may not be delivered
Material that is unlawful where it is served; content the customer has no right to distribute; sexual content involving minors in any form; and anything whose main purpose is to mislead a viewer about its origin. Complaints go to abuse@frameloft.online with the segment URL or asset id; we answer within one working day and remove what is clearly unlawful without waiting for a court.
4. Acceptable technical use
Delivery paths accept GET and HEAD only, within the published
concurrency limits. Sharing server keys, reselling raw delivery capacity, or working around
session expiry are grounds for suspension. Automated probing of other customers’ asset
ids is treated as an attack, not research.
5. Availability
Early access carries no uptime guarantee. We publish incidents on the status page and refund delivered-traffic charges for any full day the edges were unusable, on request.
6. Money
Plans are billed monthly in euros after the period, overage per started TB, as listed on the pricing page. Unpaid invoices stop new sessions after 14 days; assets stay stored for 30 days after that, then are deleted.
7. Ending it
Either side can stop at any time. On termination the customer keeps 30 days of read access to pull their renditions back. We may suspend immediately for section 3 or 4, and we tell the customer why in writing.
8. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Beyond that, liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue or for content a customer chose to publish.
9. Changes
Material changes are announced to the account email 14 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page changes with them.
