Viewers

We set no cookies and run no analytics or third-party scripts — this site loads one stylesheet and one script, both from this host. For a viewer we see what any web server sees: the requested path, response size and status, and the connecting address. Delivery logs are kept as counters per session and dropped after 14 days; they are never matched to a person and never sold or shared.

Customers

For an account we hold the contact email, the project name, server key fingerprints and the traffic figures an invoice is built from. That is all. We have no CRM and send no marketing.

Media

Renditions sit on origins in Germany and the Netherlands and in the edge caches in front of them, including edges in Russia — a customer serving viewers there should assume copies of their segments are cached there too. Deleting an asset purges the origins at once and the edges within an hour.

Who else touches the data

The CDN that operates the edges, the two hosting providers behind the origins, and the payment processor on the invoice. No one else, and none of them receive customer media for any purpose but serving it.

Your rights

Write to support@frameloft.online for a copy or deletion of account data; we answer within 30 days. Requests about a specific viewer must come through the customer who serves them — we cannot identify viewers ourselves.
